Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • It is returned in the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.

Please note: Items on sale or purchased during clearance events are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.


How to Request a Refund

Refund Exceptions
